Update to V1.1

added a way to hide IP and made it easier for people to add there own HTML
in the PHP files

To install make put all the files in the same dir you may have the 
comment.txt file in some other dir as long as you change the savecomment 
in the upload.conf all the stuff you really need is in the upload.conf
